Our club is open to beginners and experts, young and old — so why not join us and improve your game? We currently hold our club nights in town at the Old Magistrate's Court in Seale Street, St Helier. The club is now closed for the Summer and re-opens again in September.

All Standards Welcome Ratings across the club range from around 1200 to nearly 2200.
The Jersey International Chess Tournament
The 2025 tournament saw a strong field compete for the title. Congratulations to GM E Rozentalis, who won the Open on 7.5/9, ahead of GM G Mohr (7.0/9) and IM T O'Gorman (6.0/9). Full results and category prizes are in the Events tab.
The tournament returns in 2027, running from Saturday 3rd to Saturday 10th April at the Hotel Ambassadeur, St Clement Bay.

Inter Insular
Jersey vs Guernsey, played annually since 1931. Guernsey won the 86th Interinsular 9–7 in 2025.
